Die Vorbereitung findet einige Tage fr\u00fcher statt, zur Februarzeit. Voraussetzung hierf\u00fcr ist gutes Wetter, da die Prozedur im Offenen durchgef\u00fchrt wird. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"de-DE\">Zun\u00e4chst wird das Fleisch gut gewaschen. Nachdem das Wasser abgetrocknet ist, bestreut man es mit grobk\u00f6rnigem Salz und l\u00e4sst es f\u00fcr zwei Tage im Salz. Nachdem man Lorbeer, Pistazien und Salbei gesammelt hat, z\u00fcndet man hiermit das Feuer an, h\u00e4ngt das Fleisch mit einem Haken auf und r\u00e4uchert es f\u00fcr mehrere Stunden (ca. von morgens bis zum n\u00e4chsten Tag). Am n\u00e4chsten Tag kocht man das Fleisch in Wasser mit Orangen, Wein, Piment (Nelkenpfeffer), Pfeffer, Zimt, Nelke und anderen Gew\u00fcrzen. Der dritte und letzte Teil besteht aus leichtem Braten in einer Pfanne mit Oliven\u00f6l f\u00fcr wenige Sekunden, damit das Wasser vom Fleisch abtrocknet. Anschlie\u00dfend kann man das Fleisch zusammen mit Tomaten, Graviera (griechischer Hartk\u00e4se), Zwieback griechischer Art und Tsipouro (Tresterschnaps) servieren. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"de-DE\">Man kann es ebenso bei jedem \u00f6ligen griechischen Essen benutzen. Hierzu k\u00f6nnen Sie probieren, frische gr\u00fcne Bohnen mit PASTO Fleisch zu aromatisieren, indem Sie das PASTO Fleisch dem Topf mit den Bohnen hinzuf\u00fcgen bevor Sie das Feuer ausmachen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"de-DE\">Man kann es f\u00fcr mehrere Monate bedeckt mit Oliven\u00f6l im K\u00fchlschrank in einer Dose aufbewahren.<\/span><\/p>\n<div
